Residential
At InnoDev Partners, we address housing affordability by acquiring infill properties for multi-family purpose built rental and condominium ownership developments in urban centres.
Our approach focuses on ‘missing middle’ and medium density housing which puts people first and embraces forward-thinking urbanism.
Buildings are designed in the context of its surrounding neighborhood and always located in transit rich areas, accessible to bike lanes and park space. The result is the creation of a diverse range of unit types and social space to accommodate growing families, single person households and those looking to downsize within a “car-light” lifestyle in a “15 minute city” framework.
InnoDev Partners endeavours to incorporate the following in creating housing solutions:
New construction assemblies focused on carbon-neutral, sustainable building components
Curated common spaces that foster community and social connections among residents
Lower operating costs through “passive house” design principles
Close proximity to public mass transit within established neighborhoods
A holistic living environment where superior design, quality materials, and natural light enhance quality of life
Commercial
From big box retail, neighbourhood retail, personal service and industrial, and office uses, we understand the nuances and specificity of each building coupled with tenant needs.
Collectively, we have more than 60 years under our belts working across the country curating developments that attract local, regional and national tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and delivering commercial space on time and on budget.
Though the market is continuously dynamic, the one common denominator over time is our integral and complementary approach to our communities.
